Hebe Leopard is a striking sport from H. x fran. Var. found at Lowaters by Andrew Donaghy which has a distinctive spotting pattern on the foliage and a more compact habit with shorter internodes and more sturdy stems, in Summer purple blue flowers are produced in pairs as rounded racemes from mid Summer into Autumn.
Hebe Leopard has very striking foliage and its dense habit makes it ideal in a large container or a border, the rich variegation contrasts well with other plants and when in flower it is stunning.
