Grasses have been much in fashion in recent years and we are pleased to have put together a group of some of the latest varieties which will provide year round interest.
They are versatile plants which work well in association with other plants or as individuals. They can be grown in pots, mass plantings or mixed into borders and work especially well when planted in groups of irregular numbers 3,5,7,9 etc to give a bold splash of colour. They are often used mixed with perennials where the evergreen foliage softens a display and provides a good contrast.

Carex Everoro is a beautiful Sedge from the Evercolour range of grasses which has distinctive green and gold striped foliage and adds a highlight to any garden display whether in a border or a mixed planter where it can be used to great effect to brighten up shady corners. Raised by Pat Fitzgerald in Ireland.
Cortaderia richardii is a New Zealand native form of pampass grass. This is perhaps the most graceful of all the pampass with tall, elegantly curving, gently nodding flower heads which make a stunning feature plant when the flowers are on display from mid Summer through into the Autumn.
