Escallonia Glowing Embers **Brand New 2018** is a new golden compact slightly spreading evergreen shrub selected at Lowaters Nursery. New leaves are flushed orange red on bright red stems, these slowly turn golden and then to pale green when mature. Best grown in full sun or semi shade and any moist fertile soil. Can be used in patio containers, border planting or as a low hedge. Golden foliage will look good planted with darker foliage plants.
